Product PhotoThe Avaya 5400 series of digital telephones incorporates sleek design, improved ergonomics, flexibility and enterprise-class voice quality. These two-wire digital telephones are designed for use with Avaya IP Office. The 5400 Series Telephones offer paperless button labeling, local call log, speed dial directories, and streamlined styling consistent with Avaya IP telephones. There are three models to choose from, the 5402, 5410 and the 5420.

5600 Series IP Telephones

The Avaya 5600 Series IP Telephones deliver an extensive set of software features, high audio quality, and attractive streamlined design to small and medium business customers using Avaya IP Office. The 5600 Series comes in several models to support all your business needs.

The 5601 IP Telephone is an entry-level telephone with two call appearances, eight fixed feature buttons, and a message waiting indicator. The 5601 does not support a display, speaker or additional port for connection of an external PC. It does not support static addressing.

Product PhotoThe 5602 IP Telephone is an entry-level telephone with two programmable call appearance/feature keys, ten fixed feature buttons, and display. The 5602SW offers the same functionality plus an integrated two-port Ethernet switch. Both the 5602 and 5602SW can run either the H.323 protocol, for integration with traditional Avaya IP Telephony Servers and Gateways, or the SIP protocol, for support of SIP Communications Servers such as the Avaya Converged Communications Server as well as 3rd party SIP proxys.

The 5610 IP Telephone provides a medium screen graphic display, paperless button labels, call log, speed dial, 12 programmable feature keys, Web browser, and full duplex speakerphone. It also includes a two-port Ethernet switch. The 5610 supports Unicode fonts with R2.1 firmware.

The 5620 IP Telephone is cost effective and provides a large screen graphic display, paperless button labels, call log, speed dial, 24 programmable feature keys, web browser, and full duplex speakerphone. The 5620 also supports IRDA, Unicode and is the only IP telephone to support the EU24 (expansion module). The 5620 also includes a 2 port ethernet switch.
