Merlin Magix®
The Avaya MERLIN MAGIX® Integrated System is a private branch exchange (PBX) with a built-in ability to emulate a traditional key system. Using a single platform to deliver key communications capabilities from basic voice to Internet access, makes it highly cost-effective and easy to install, service, maintain, and grow. This flexible and scalable system is designed to meet the evolving communications needs of small- and mid-sized businesses and offers over 150 features. The MERLIN MAGIX® networking capabilities enable multiple locations to communicate across the public switched telephone network (PSTN) or across an Internet Protocol (IP) network. The MERLIN MAGIX® Integrated System supports up to 80 lines and 200 extensions.
The Merlin Magix also offers the following messaging systems:
- Merlin® Messaging – a module that easily plugs into one of the slots of the Merlin Magix® cabinets. It offers capacity for up to 12 ports, 100 hours of storage, 200 mailboxes, four auto-attendants, record-a-call, and numerous other features.
- Intuity™ Audix® LX – for customers with more robust messaging needs or for enterprises that are networking multiple locations and a want a centralized messaging solution.
